How to Do On-Line Auditorio Payments 

Important Note About Online Ticket Purchases

We would like to be upfront with you: the online ticketing system we are required to use is not ideal. For this reason, we have always encouraged audiences to purchase tickets in person with cash at our box office, which is the simplest and most transparent option.

That said, we fully understand that coming to the box office is not easy—or even possible—for everyone, especially for those who live outside of Mexico. For that reason, we do offer online ticket sales through the Boletia platform, even though it has some limitations and quirks that can be confusing.

To help avoid unnecessary charges or frustration, please read the instructions below carefully.

    Instructions for Purchasing Festival Series Tickets Online via Boletia

    1. Click on the concert link for the event you wish to attend.
    2. Select the number of tickets you would like to purchase
      (“Tickets” in Spanish are listed as “Boletos”).
    3. Choose your seating section:
      • Centro (Center)
      • Lateral Derecho (Right Side)
      • Lateral Izquierdo (Left Side)
    4. You will then be taken to the seat selection screen.
      ⚠️ Important: The system automatically assigns seats for you.
      If you want different seats, you must deselect the seats chosen by the system and manually select the seats you actually want.
    5. The next screen will ask for your full name, email address, and phone number.
      You will also be asked how you would like to receive a verification code:
      • via SMS (regular text message), or
      • via WhatsApp.
    6. You will receive a verification code by the method you selected. Enter this code on the screen to continue.
    7. The next screen asks if you would like to personalize your ticket (“personalizar tu boleto”).
      Please skip this step and simply click “No personalizar.”
    8. ⚠️ Very important step:
      You will see an option called “Protege mi compra” (protect my purchase), which functions as an insurance add-on.
      Unfortunately, this option is pre-selected by default.
      You must DESELECT “Protege mi compra.”
      When you do, you will see the total price in the lower-left corner of the screen decrease.
    9. Enter your credit card information to complete the purchase.
    10. After payment, you should receive an email containing your ticket.
